Fines & Payment Options
Due Date
The law requires you to make an appearance in your case. Your appearance date is noted on your citation, bond, summons, or release papers. You or your attorney may appear in person in open court, by mail, or you may deliver your plea in person to the court.

Please note: Juveniles have a separate set of rules for appearances.

Paying a Ticket / Fine
Please contact the Municipal Court at (806) 296-1177 to verify if your citation can be paid without a court appearance.

Types of Payment
The Municipal Court accepts cash, check, money orders, and cashier's checks. We do not accept credit card payments over the phone.

Making Full or Partial Payment
If you are paying your citation in full, you may pay by credit card through our website. If you cannot pay in full, there are payment options available. If you are using a payment option, there is an additional $25 fee. Minimum payments are $50 per month for a citation.

Missing Your Payment Due Date
If you do not pay your fine according to your payment schedule or if you fail to appear in court as ordered, the court will issue a warrant for your arrest.
