Outdoor Watering Tips During the Summer
  • Remember to only water lawns between the hours of 6 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
  • Prevent evaporation by not watering lawns on windy days.
  • Do not waste water by cleaning driveways, patios or sidewalks with it; Please use a broom.
  • If you have an automatic sprinkler system, check sprinkler heads regularly to make sure they are working properly. Install rain shutoff devices and adjust sprinklers to eliminate coverage on pavement.
